Who
These Master Classes are for Year 11 and 12 students who want to learn how best to use all relevant ClassPad apps in order to achieve the highest scores in their WACE courses.

3AB Mathematics students: Start 9.45 am - Finish 12.45 pm
3CD Mathematics students: Start 2.00 pm - Finish 5.00 pm
*Mathematics Specialist students can opt to stay for an extra 30 minutes to learn even more tips relevant to the 3AB and 3CD Specialist courses.
Where
State Library Theatre in the Perth Cultural Centre. This venue is just minutes from Perth train station.
Presenter
Both Master Classes will be presented by Charlie Watson, a local teacher and WACE marker who regularly presents ClassPad seminars to teachers in WA and the Eastern states.
He also created and develops the internet ClassPad Help Series at www.classpad.com.au for Casio Education, Australia.
Charlie is a director of The Tuition Centre in Claremont.
Fees - $20 early bird
A morning or afternoon Master Class costs $25, with an early bird discount if you book by 29 February in which case the registration fee is just $20 - a 20% saving. Places are strictly limited - book early to secure your seat.
Mathematics Specialist students can opt to stay for an extra 30 minutes with an option fee of $5.
Content
3AB Master Class
- Students will develop skills and learn what is possible in ten of the ClassPad apps - Main, eActivity, Geometry, Statistics, NumSolve, Graph&Tab, Financial, Spreadsheet, Sequence and System.
3CD Master Class
- These students will concentrate on the use of five of the ClassPad apps - Main, eActivity, Statistics, NumSolve and Graph&Tab, with a brief review of the other five apps which have little relevance to the 3CD course.
At both sessions, free ClassPad downloads will be available including ready made eActivities, extra functions and tools.
Supplement your classroom learning with invaluable ClassPad tips, tricks and shortcuts in the context of past school and WACE exam questions.
